Review
Room: It was a cottage style mini suite, one half was bed, in the middle were TV & fireplace (for show), the other half had couch and writing desk. Our room had a glass roof window for stars glazing, however, during our stay, the weather did not permit it. Because it was up on high mountain, the room was very cold and the staff did not tell us where to find and how to operate the temperature control electric blanketWashroom: Toilet, shower, bathtub facing mountains
Location: The staff told us it was not a long distance from the main road of Cingjing, however, sunset pretty early and the road was very dark. Luckily we were able to turn on torch on our mobile phones.
Breakfast: One of the worst breakfast we had in Taiwan. As the location was up in the mountains, we didn't expect many choices since ingredients were limited. But even the basic fried omelette (tasteless) and plain rice (dry & hard) were terrible.
Overall: The view from the cottage was spectacular, the room's interior was cozy. It was a pity that the place lacked the warmness and hospitality of a Taiwanese home stay, it was priced and managed like a commercialized resort without proper service. Do not recommend!
