Room: Very small but clean, comfortable
Washroom: Toilet, shower, basin in one room, water pressure worked fine
Location: Good.  7 minutes walk to bus terminal, 2 minutes walk to Taichung Railway
Breakfast: A wide selection and delicious, breakfast venue was bright and comfortable
Overall: The self service coin-operated laundry was one of the reasons that we had chosen this hotel and of course, its proximity to many nearby public transports.  When we arrived at almost 8pm, we were warmly greeted by its counter staff, who were very friendly and helpful.  We had also loved the cabin-liked room, small but very functional.  I especially loved its basement area where we did our laundry.  The couch and coffee table were ideal to sit and eat our night market snacks while waiting for the laundry.
