It is a casual dining place that does not take prior reservation, if you turn up during peak hours, the wait could be quite long. After placed order, get a table and wait for your order to be sent to your table. I do not recall collecting our piece of cake, even though it was readily on the cake shelf. The cafe has a self service corner that serves complimentary iced water.
The Shibuya honey toast had this lovely unique flavour but it was too sweet to my taste. The matcha mille crepe was nothing to shout about, so so.
