Review
Room: Bed was not very comfy but interior was modern, hip and functional
Washroom: Toilet, shower, water pressure was alright (after washed feet, ponding at shower area, drainage was quite bad)
Location: Good. 7 minutes walk to Luodong Railway (left) and night market (right), 2 minutes walk to bus stop
Breakfast: Good spread but items were mostly cold and not tasty
Laundry: Officially not for use after 10pm, but concierge said if noone were to complain, we could use. One of the dryers was a little out of order, took forever to dry the clothes
Overall: Perhaps Herb Art Hotel at Keelung had risen our expectation, we weren't that satisfied with this hotel. Regardless of the negative points, one night's stay was still pleasant. Would recommend.
