What is it?
  • 2019 January event, featuring ⸢Lilo & Stitch⸥ and also introduces 2 new Tsums from Kingdom Hearts
  • Total 12 cards - 6 areas in 2 rounds
  • Complete first 6 areas to get a Silver Pin, next 3 to upgrade to Gold Pin and last 3 areas to a Platinum (colourful) Pin
  • Above January new Tsums give character bonus
    • 30% - Chain, Exp
    • 40% - Bubbles, Combo, Fever, Skills
    • 50% - Coins, Points, Big Tsum, MyTsum, Tsum Tsum
    • 200% - Gantu & Leroy missions
    • Catch cousins missions - hit 1 time will do
  • Event missions are available in English only
  • Click here for Chinese version or look for TRANSLATE button to view in other languages

Where to find?
  • Inside [Card], lower left corner besides [Play!]
  • Event card, Bingo cards, Coloring Missions card are all here, click to select
  • After activated event card
    • Right bottom button is to pause the game (suspend card)
    • Left bottom button switches to show Areas, center book displays list of cousins

When to play?
  • 2019 January 7 to 27, 11:59pm PST (January 28, 3:59pm UTC+08:00), total 21 days
    • Japanese version was during 2018 September 7 to 26, 10:59am JST

Who can play?
  • All players, including Guest, no minimum player level required

How to play?
  • Tap spots on map to take on missions
  • Click on [Challenge] to select & start mission
  • Special missions - Catch cousins / Knock out Gantu / Take down Leroy
    • Use Bubble(s) - pop bubble when target is near bubble
    • Use Skill(s) - activate burst skills to hit target
  • Catch Stitch's cousins
    • Hit 3 times to catch cousin
    • Hit only 1 time to catch with a January new Tsum
    • Some missions require to catch the same cousin more than once
    • Cousins come in many sizes - tiny, normal, big, extra big
    • There'll be a beep sound when cousin appears, very useful on tiny cousins
    • Cousin mission needs to be cleared within 1 play
  • Troublesome Gantu missions
    • Gantu will mix up Tsum Tsum to disrupt game
    • Gantu grows bigger with each hit, knock it out by 3 hits
    • Each defeated Gantu awards 300pts
    • May accumulate pts over a few plays to clear mission
    • Use January new Tsums to get 200% character bonus
  • Naughty Leroy missions
    • Leroy will paint the town red... and the screen
    • Hit 1 time to take down Leroy
    • Each defeated Leroy awards 100pts
    • May accumulate pts over a few plays to clear mission
    • Use January new Tsums to get 200% character bonus
  • If you hit a difficult mission, tap the "!" and use rubies to make them easier (use rubies only if failed to clear with bonus items added)

Tips
  • Bubbles mission
  • Chain missions
    • Elsa - activate skill 2 times then burst the whole lot of frozen Tsums【video】
    • Skill that Calls Someone - choose a higher skill one where you may connect many Tsums as a chain
  • Combo missions
    • A combo is triggered by eliminating Tsum Tsum continously
    • Any short pause may cause a combo to break, except during Fever Time
    • Best choice: Donald or Holiday Donald【See "Get a long Combo"】
    • The skills of Donald or Holiday Donald are similar. When skill is activated, every single cleared Tsum Tsum counts towards one combo. Use multiple fingers to tap screen during skill activation, connects normally before the skill time is over to prevent breaking combo
  • MyTsum missions
    • Use Skill that Calls MyTsum
    • At each play, a Tsum is selected and set as MyTsum.  For skill that makes big Tsum, where 1 big Tsum equals 5 normal Tsums, this rule doesn't apply to MyTsum missions.  During MyTsum mission, 1 big MyTsum equals to 1 MyTsum

👉 This round has many difficult missions where the game offers to make it easier in exchange for 10 rubies. Personally I don't advise to use rubies cos they are hard to get (unless buy with real cash)! Suggestions are given for difficult missions, leave a comment if you need help.

Conclusion
This is an interesting, challenging, tough event.  It's interesting as there're 18 cousins to catch, along with challenging missions and a tough last stage to get the final Pin!  I think many players can handle up to Gold Pin but not so for the Platinum Pin.  Along with writing, fixing photos, it took me some time and 5 rubies to clear the whole event.  Rewards are not that fantastic but I had fun! Hope the tips & suggestions are useful. 😏

    I'm strugglng to clear Round 2, Area 3....to catch Clip. Not sure how to catch Clip since she does not show up during game play. Is there a particular Tsum Tsum I need to use in order for Clip to drop down during game play? Any help you can provide is much appreciated. Thanks.

      Hi, Clip is a tiny cousin. First, use a Jan new Tsum where possible, just hit once. Next, turn on volume so you'll hear 'beep' when Clip appears. Then preferably hit it with burst skill, cos bubble needs to be very near it to clear it.
      Fyi, at Area 5, there's another even smaller cousin. Good luck.😉

    Thanks so much. Unfortunately I don't have any new Jan. Tsums. I've tried buying several times, at least 9 times, using Premium tickets and coins but I've only gotten level ups on Tsums I already have. I need to save some coins to use for +Time, +5>4 Bubble, etc. to beat other missions and catch cousins. If I at least finish this area 3 and get the gold pin, I'll be happy. I don't think I'm equipped enough to earn the platinum pin. Thanks for your help!

      If you haven't caught Clip, do it with a burst skill Tsum +Time 5>4, listen to the beep sound when Clip drops then activate skill to burst it. Hopefully you are able to get the Gold Pin. Good luck & thanks for reading my post!😉
