What is it?

• 2019 October event, Halloween Party ~Trick or Treat
• The rules are similar to 2018 December Event, Christmas Party
• Play with this month's new Tsums to get character bonus of 30% more Candies
• 

Where to find?

• Inside [Card], lower left corner besides [Play!]
• Event card, Bingo cards, Coloring Missions card are all here, click to select
• After activated event card
• Right bottom button is to pause the game (suspend card)
• Left bottom button switches to show party hall with decorations and visiting Tsums

When to play?

• 2019 October 7 to 31, 11:59pm PDT (November 1, 2:59pm UTC+08:00), total 25 days
• Japanese version: 2018 October 11, 11:00am to 31, 10:59am JST

Who can play?

• All players, including Guest, no minimum player level required

How to play?

• No challenging mission to clear, just hit Capsules, collect Candies, decorate party hall!
• Click [Start] to participate in the event
• A Tsum Tsum in Halloween attire will visit with a mission
• 2 types of event Hearts will appear at random
• Candy Heart 🧡
• Small Capsule gives 1~5 Candies
• Big Capsule gives 10 Candies
• Capsules disappear when drop to bottom of screen
• Special Heart 💜
• A Candy Jar will appear, get 10 Candies with every hit
• Hit 5 times to break it to get a total of 50 Candies
• Each play has a total of 3 Candy Jars or a maximum of 150 Candies
• Hit Capsules & Candy Jar with Magical Bubbles or Skills
• Fulfill the mission to get a reward and a decoration
• Decorations are automatically placed in the party hall
• Play with this month's new Tsums to get extra 30% Candies

Tips

• This month's new Tsum, best choice is Vampire Teddy Bear
• My favourite is Bat Hat Minnie, whenever Special Heart 💜 appears, able to hit 3 Candy Jars and get 150 Candies
• If don't have any of the above, use any burst skill Tsum or Tsum that makes bubbles
• Don't use any bonus item, just play more rounds to clear, also able to accumulate coins
• At mission (Halloween Tsum & candy bucket) page, tap screen to expedite candies collection

Conclusion
This is a super easy event!  Just be patient, spend time to complete it.  Probably because it's easy, the rewards aren't that fantastic.  But it does help to accumulate coins since need to play many rounds to get all those candies.
