Here's how it works.  Tsums burst = Dices*3 + Extra
Skill Level / Extra: 1/-1, 2/1, 3/3, 4/5, 5/7, 6/9
E.g. Skill level 1 with dice 5+6, Tsums burst=(11*3)+(-1)=32
Skill level 6 with dice 6+6 will burst (12*3)+9=45, and this is the maximum it'll burst.
Pretty powerful, isn't it?  Even a low skill level 1 may burst 35 Tsums.
