Singapore, Holland Village - Crystal Jade Kitchen, Weekday Teatime Special

Since my Jadeite points are expiring by end of this month, we went to Crystal Jade Kitchen Holland Village outlet to consume the points.  We reached at around 4pm and there was teatime special promotion.

We ordered 2 sets of teatime special
Scallop congee + Pan-fried cheong fun with spicy shrimp paste
Premium seafood congee + Steamed ha kau
An order of steamed ha kau came as 4 pieces in a bamboo basket.  The shrimp was fresh and big.

This pan-fried cheong fun with spicy shrimp paste was awesome!  It tasted quite similar to those we ate at Macau.  Highly recommend. (note: available till 5pm daily)

Its congee, plain or with ingredients, has always been one of my favourites.  My bowl of premium seafood congee had 2 big pieces of fresh scallop, shrimp and sliced fish.  Personally I found the scallops a little rare to my taste.  But overall it was a delicious comfortable bowl of congee.  DT's bowl of scallop congee came with 4 slices of scallop.

Without this promotion, the total price for this meal would have been S$40.20, now it was S$19.60.
After all surcharges, the bill came up as S$24.00, no further JPoints to earn on this but I could pay with my existing points.
