Singapore, Holland Village - Sushi Tei

Today we noticed, besides the usual menu, there was a tablet attached to the table.  A friendly waitress explained that the restaurant had introduced tablet menu since end of May 2017.  All orders are now placed via the tablet.  If diners prefer not to place order by themselves, they may request assistance with ordering.

The layout was concise and user friendly.  Besides menu display and ordering, it also allows diners to view the bill, provides feedback.
Today's Dinner

Sashimi Salad S$9.90

This is our must-have appetizer.  A dish with generous serving of sashimi and fresh greens, topped with tantalizing Sushi Tei dressing.  The other 2 choices of dressing are Wafu and Sesame.

Salmon Skin S$5.50

This dish is usually served on the conveyor belt, where diners may request to reheat it.  Today's dish was well prepared.  The thinly sliced salmon skin though deep fried, tasted crispy and flavourful yet not too oily.  It is also an excellent dish to go along with Sake.

Ebi avocado ebikko maki S$6.30

This maki was so-so to my taste.

On every table, there was complimentary pickled ginger which was refreshing after meal.  We had green tea, one hot and one cold at S$1.20 each, both were refillable.  The disposable wet napkin is chargeable, no charge if unused.

As a Sushi Tei member, there was 10% discount on all items, except for the 1-for-1 promotion.  The total bill came up to be S$51.24.
