App Store (Apple)
Google Play Store (Android)

Free WiFi at T4
  • Look at the back of your Boarding Pass for instructions to connect onto T4 free WiFi
  • During our tour, #WiFi@T4OpenHouse was not strong (it had mostly shown 1 or 2 bars of connectivity)

Bluetooth and Location
  • Enable these 2 functions for Scan Boarding Pass and to play in-app games

Tap on top left hand side of app to get pull-down menu.  Here are the main menus:

  • T4 Fun Facts
  • Map (see Guide to Visitors)
  • Scan Boarding Pass (scan the QR code on your Boarding Pass, to unlock on-site registration)
  • Experimental Zones (in-app games, see below for more)
  • e-Vouchers (get them after play in-app games, see below for more)

  • FAQs

Experimental Zones (in-app games)
On site, there are 13 zones, including shuttle bus, taxi areas.  In the application, there are 5 zones with games to unlock e-Vouchers.  At each zone, there are about 3 questions, just get at least one correct answer and you'll be rewarded with e-Vouchers (1 or all correct answers will still get the same e-Vouchers)

Check-in
  • This is at Zone 1, i.e. area around Check-in Row 1 or 2.  If missed it, play at Zone 2, waiting area after Start-Point
  • DT didn't play some of the in-app games during tour, now 3 days later, far away from Changi T4, I was able to play this in-app game on his phone.  It seemed that if you haven't played the game, with Bluetooth and Location enabled, you are still able to play it, anywhere.  Below are questions for Zone 1 (don't be a spoiler, no answers please)

Integrated Duty-free
  • This is at Zone 5
  • With several times of Boarding Pass scanned, I still had difficulty connecting the game.  After a small talk with a friendly, helpful Service Host (those in purple T-shirts are full timers of CAG), I realised the QR codes on the partition walls solved the issue (see below photo)
  • Scan this QR code using T4's mobile application, not with your usual QR code reader app

T4 Airlines Showcase
  • This is at Zone 6
  • Similarly, if have difficulty to connect, look for Zone 6 QR code.

Heritage Zone
  • This is at Zone 8
  • My app was a little "hyper", while seating at Zone 6, doing some screenshots of the app, it prompted me to play game.  Since I was sitting comfortably, I took screenshots (don't be a spoiler, no answers please)
Check-out (the e-survey)
  • This was supposed to connect when you reached Arrival Hall.  But mine was a little crazy, it appeared right after I had completed Heritage Zone's questions
  • If you have won a mystery gift, you'll see this screen (below photo).  After leave the screen, look under Check-out, there'll be a button "Redeem Prize"
  • If you did not win a mystery gift, after the e-survey, it'll pop a thank you page.  Under Check-out, the button will appear as "Completed"
  • Types of mystery gift and how to claim are written below
e-Vouchers
  • After completed all in-app games under Experimental Zones, there'll be 30 e-Vouchers
  • If you click on some e-Vouchers, there are 4 blank boxes.  They are meant for vendors to enter codes and invalidate the voucher
  • Users need to present the e-Vouchers via T4's mobile app, so do not uninstall the app after tour if you wish to use the vouchers
  • These e-Vouchers will be valid till 31-Dec-2017, 2359 hrs

Here is a little quiz: Find the missing e-voucher
There are 30 e-vouchers below, but now my phone has only 29, one went missing (I didn't use, just disappeared).  Are you able to find it?  (Hint: logo and contents are different)

Freebies & Lucky Draws
Upon Check-in
  • a T4 Open House luggage tag
  • a Samsonite 20% off gift voucher

Cebu Pacific Air
  • a luggage tag for completing a survey (more instructions, right side of photo)
  • lucky draw - to like its Facebook official page and participate in Contest page

Korean Airlines
  • Only lucky draw, refer to photo for instructions

Spring Airlines
  • There was a showcase and a big balloon monkey but there was neither promoter nor instruction on lucky draw

Vietnam Airlines
  • I could not find this booth.  Either I had missed it or it was not set up.

Changi Rewards Kiosk
  • A gift voucher with free popcorn, $5 off $35 nett spend, $10 off $90 nett spend (only applicable at the event's activity zone) - both new and existing member will get this gift voucher
  • A set of welcome gift (see photo) for new members registered on the event
e-Survey Mystery Gift
While collecting my gift, I had inquired with the lady at the counter on the types of gift.  She was very friendly and had shared the information with me.  There are 3 types of gift, each day one type will be sent to this collection counter and they will give them to winners.  In order to collect the gift, the Redeem Prize button must appear on your phone/tablet.  Screenshots are not acceptable.

The 3 types of gift (pardon me, no longer a mystery)
  • Mini handheld portable fan (batteries provided)
  • Max plush toy - convertible travel pillow (worth S$18.60)
  • Travel tote bag

At a quick glance, you may think "ah... a mini handheld portable fan".  Wait, it isn't just any handheld portable fan.  Once turn on, besides breeze, you'll see words "Rethink travel at T4" and "Enjoy Changi".  Now, that's really cool!
