This state-own estate comprises of 409 terrace houses and walk-up apartments, SLA (Singapore Land Authority) is currently managing it. The terrace houses were originally constructed as married quarters for the British Armed Forces in the mid-1960s, following their withdrawal in the same decade, the estate became a popular district for expatriates. Today, it is a mix of residential and commercial, with several popular eateries.

Original Sin Mediterranean Restaurant

This vegetarian restaurant started since 1997 by Chef Angelo Sanelli, who had also managed the now-defunct Michelangelo's, Sistina Ristorante, Zambuca. Chef Angelo Sanelli who had battled prostate cancer, suffered chronic heart failure and died at age 63 in 2017.

The estate's newest addition in Jan 2020. Singapore's 3rd outlet of a popular Japanese coffee chain. Its founder and owner, Kenneth Shoji, who owns a coffee farm in Hawaii and sole-exporter of a Japanese roasting machine, joined forces with latte art world champion Junichi Yamaguchi and architect Masaki Kato, started the 1st outlet in Japan Kyoto, in Sep 2014. Today the chain has 34 stores in 10 countries.

This space was previously occupied by Singapore's 43rd post office, Taman Warna Post Office, which was built in 1968 and demolished in 2014. Raffles Medical Group bought this land in 2013 and the building started operation in 2016.

This freehold property was built in 1972, with 3 levels, basement carpark and a rooftop space, its strata titles are held by several owners. In 2016, the space where Cold Storage occupies, seven strata units, was sold to Mr Loi Keong Kuong, owner of Rio Casino in Macau, at a price slightly more than S$61 million; based on the total strata area of 12,260 sq ft, about S$4,976 psf. The lease to Cold Storage expires in 2020.

This family-run store has its roots back in the 1940s when grandfather used to deliver newspaper in the Selegie area. In 1996, Mr G.P. Thambi started this store, which is now managed by his eldest son, Sam. The magazine store has around 3,000 unique titles, and had around 7,000 titles at its peak.

It was rebuilt in December 2015 and is supposed to be closed for a six-month renovation in 2020. Due to Covid-19 this upgrade plan is currently on hold.
