Early Bird Preview of Jewel Changi Airport (How to Get Preview Tickets)

[On April 17, 2019, Jewel Changi is open to public, free admission, no ticket required!  For those who prefer to read in Chinese, please see 新加坡，星耀樟宜 (Jewel Changi Singapore)]

We had a great time at T4 Open House by Changi Airport.  This morning I'd received an email to be one of the first to preview the new Jewel!

Jewel, also known as Jewel Changi Airport, is a new 10-storey complex with 5 storeys above ground and 5 basement levels.  It has gardens, attractions, retail, dining, a hotel and facilities to support airport operations.  It is a partnership between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand thus the Early Bird Preview is open to members of both Changi Rewards and CapitaStar.

Jewel Preview is a ticketed event for visitors to get a sneak peek before it officially opens on April 17, 2019.  The preview will be held from April 11 to 16, 2019, 10am to 10pm, with 4 time slots on each day:
10am - 1pm (not available on April 11, 2019)
1pm - 4pm
4pm - 7pm
7pm - 10pm

There are 2 ways to get the free tickets.

1) Members of Changi Rewards or CapitaStar
Members get to enjoy exclusive earlier registration which has begun since March 8, 2019.  Invitation emails were sent to its members respectively.  Follow the email's link to register online or see below links.

If your email and mobile number are the same for both Changi Rewards and CapitaStar, you may only register via one of the portals.  Each member may select a time slot to get up to 6 tickets.

2) Non-Members of Changi Rewards or CapitaStar
Registration has begun on March 11, 2019 (although official stated March 12, 2019 at 6am).  Each member of the public can register for up to 4 visitors.

"Due to strong interest in the Jewel Preview, you may encounter some waiting time during registration."

Upon successful registration, a pop-up will inform you to expect an email.  The confirmation email will show Your Booking Reference, Date, Time and Number of Ticket(s), a pdf file will also be attached along with the email.

This pdf file contains ticket(s), each ticket has its own unique QR code.  If anyone in your group wishes to visit separately, just send them a screenshot of particular ticket(s) so that they'll be able to show the unique QR code for admission.  Alternatively, you may print out the ticket(s) and give it to whoever's going.  Both printed and digital copies of the QR code will be accepted.

A gentle reminder.  If you are giving out tickets, do not send the whole pdf file, it'll "give away" all tickets.  Just take a screenshot of the ones you're giving away and send them via email or chatgroup.

Some FAQs. (applicable only during Jewel Preview, from April 11 to 16, 2019)

• MUST present QR code ticket(s) for admission
• Stick to registered date, time stipulated on ticket(s)
• Children below the age of 6 do not require a ticket
• Canopy Park, situated at the top level of Jewel, will open parts of it, for free, during this 5-days Preview, after which it'll only be officially open on June 10, 2019, with admission charges (prices are yet available)
• YotelAir will only be accessible by hotel guests from April 12, 2019 onwards
• Unlike T4 Open House, there'll be no guided or organised tours on Jewel Preview

I had wanted to share YotelAir's Special Opening Rates, however, a security warning popped up (on all browsers) whenever YotelAir page was selected.  For security reason, I did not log into the hotel's website.  Be safe than sorry!
